Fairchild Air Force Base

Fairchild is home to a wide variety of units and missions. Most prominent is its air refueling mission, with two wings, one active, the 92nd Air Refueling Wing, and one Air National Guard, the 141st ARW. Other units here include the Air Force Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape school, medical detachments, a weapons squadron and the Joint Personnel Recovery Agency.

Wing Staff Agencies

The wing staff functions include the director of staff, 92nd Comptroller Squadron, Plans, History, Legal, Chaplain, Safety, Command Post, Arms Control, Inspector General, Military Equal Opportunity, Public Affairs, Protocol and the Sexual Assault Response Coordinator.

92nd Operations Group

The 92nd Operations Group is the backbone of the 92nd Air Refueling Wing, providing the aircrews who fly the wing's KC-135 Stratotanker aircraft. The 92nd OG provides the best air mobility for America through reliable air refueling, airlift, and operational support. This group is comprised of the 92nd Air Refueling Squadron, 93rd ARS, 97th ARS, 384th ARS and the 92nd Operations Support Squadron.

92nd Maintenance Group

The 92nd Maintenance Group supports the dynamic operations of the 92nd Air Refueling Wing and the bases tenant units. It provides on- and off-equipment maintenance on KC-135 Stratotankers, and special support on the 336th Training Group's UH-1N helicopters. The group also provides aircraft maintenance and maintenance operations support. Squadrons assigned to the 92nd MXG are the 92nd Maintenance Squadron, the 92nd Maintenance Operations Squadron and the 92nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron.

92nd Medical Group

The 92nd Medical Group offers outpatient services including family practice, dental, pediatrics, internal medicine, aerospace medicine, physical therapy, optometry and women's health care. The group consists of the 92nd Health Care Operations Squadron, 92nd Operational Medical Readiness Squadron and 92nd Medical Support Squadron.

92nd Mission Support Group

The 92nd Mission Support Group is committed to becoming acknowledged as the leaders in combat and service support ... world-class professionals building the best support group in Air Mobility Command. The group's military and civilian members serve the 92nd Air Refueling Wing and Fairchild's tenant units. The 92nd MSG consists of the 92nd Civil Engineer Squadron, 92nd Communications Squadron, 92nd Force Support Squadron and 92nd Security Forces Squadron, 92nd Contracting Squadron and 92nd Logistics Readiness Squadron.
