  • Fairchild Airman court-martialed, sentenced for wrongful drug use

    On July 22, a special court-martial was convened in the case of United States vs. Senior Airman Randolph R. Sullivan. Sullivan, of the 92nd Civil Engineer Squadron, was accused of committing several acts of wrongful drug use, including the use of cocaine and Percocet. Sullivan pled guilty to one charge and two specifications of Article 112a, of the Uniform Code Military Justice and wrongful use of a controlled substance.
