  • Fairchild Falcons battle JBLM

    Fairchild Air Force Base’s hockey team, The Falcons, played in their first Veteran’s Hockey Game against Joint Base Lewis-McChord Aug. 27, at the Eastern Washington University Recreational Center in Cheney, Wash. The purpose of the game was to build relationships with other varsity hockey teams in the Pacific Northwest region.
  • Base access procedures to change

    A standard Washington State Driver License or ID Card will no longer be accepted for access to Fairchild Air Force Base starting August 15 due to their noncompliance with the Real ID Act of 2005.   • Port of Moses Lake celebrates 50th anniversary

    The Port of Moses Lake commemorated its 50th anniversary with an open houses, July 1 in Moses Lake, Washington. In support of the 50th anniversary celebration, Team Fairchild provided a KC-135 Stratotanker static display. Other displays at the event included a C-17 Globemaster III from Joint Base Lewis-McCord, a Navy P-3 Orion and many other civilian and military aircraft.
