    The Secretary of the Air Force announced candidate bases for the next active duty KC-46A basing action June 23. To support the next phase of the Air Force Strategic Basing Process, narrowing the candidates to preferred and reasonable alternatives, a site survey is being conducted at Fairchild AFB July 31 through August 6.
