Team Fairchild commemorates Wreaths Across America

FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. -- Representatives from Fairchild Air Force Base traveled to Fort George Wright Cemetery and Washington State Veterans Cemetery Dec. 19, to pay honor to veterans buried at the sites as part of the Wreaths Across America program, a nationally recognized event since December 1992. Their mission is carried out by coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as over 1,100 additional locations in all 50 U.S. States, at seas and abroad.
