An event held at Michael Anderson Elementary School was hosted in honor of London Bowater, a first-grader who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in February 2012 at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash., Feb. 1, 2014. Many members of the Fairchild and local community supplied auctionable items for members to bid on, sold t-shirts, food and drinks, with all proceeds donated directly to London's family. Blue Star Spouse Award: Ashley Marshall
Col. Brian Newberry, 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander, his wife, Jill, and Chief Master Sgt.
