Winter storm strikes Fairchild

Winter weather has taken on a new meaning at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash., with random ice storms and thick fog leading the way to air stagnation and an array of other issues across the valley. Pictured here is the 92nd and 141st Air Refueling Wing headquarters building, known as “The White House,” with the ceremonial flag pole waving Old Glory and the POW/MIA flag in the fore ground.
