West Plains Chamber of Commerce Breakfast
The West Plains Chamber of Commerce hosts a breakfast at Eastern Washington University’s Roos Field Aug. 17, 2016, in Cheney, Wash. The gathering provided guests with the first EWU Eagles Football preview with Coach Beau Baldwin. Baldwin, 2014 American Football Coaches Association Region Five Coach of the Year, is entering his ninth year as head coach for the Eagles. Col.
