Airman 1st Class Kenneth Armstead, an emergency management technician assigned to the 92nd Civil Engineer Squadron, instructs Airmen on the importance of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear protective gear at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington, Sept. 3, 2024.
