Fame's Favored Few welcomes new wing commander

Col. Chad Cisewski, newly appointed 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander, provides a speech during the 92nd ARW change of command ceremony at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington, July 2, 2024. Cisewski, who previously served as the 92nd Operations Group commander, expressed that he was honored to lead the wing. During the ceremony, Col. Chesley Dycus relinquished command to Maj. Gen. Corey Martin, 18th Air Force commander, before Cisewski assumed command of the 92nd ARW. The change of command ceremony is a long-standing tradition that enables all members of a given unit to formally welcome the new commander and recognize the leadership of the outgoing commander.
