Two Tour Thanks
Bishop Neal Buckon, Archdiocese for Military Services auxiliary bishop and Maj. Shawn Bishop, 92nd Air Refueling Wing chaplain, thank Capt. Joshua Rumsey, 336th Training Group chaplain, for helping them tour the survival school May 18, 2017, at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington. Bishop Buckon served as an officer twice before being ordained as a bishop, first as U.S. Army infantry and later entered the ministry and served as a chaplain.
