F-105 Lift

Staff Sgt. Eric Kozma, 92nd Maintenance Squadron metals technology craftsman, works on fixing the F-105D Thunderchief support plates May 1, 2017, at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington. The support plates were too short, causing the landing gear to touch the ground. This opportunity also allowed for Fairchild Airmen to train on airlifting an aircraft in a real world situation.
