Members from the 92nd Civil Engineer Squadron lay bricks for the frame of the pump house May 16, 2016, at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash. Both military and civilian members from eight career fields worked on building the new pump house, from designing the layout to pouring the concrete foundation and even rerouting electrical lines from the old facility.
