First Salute
Col. Mathew Fritz, 92nd Air Refueling Wing vice commander, offers a first salute to Col. Ryan Samuelson, 92nd ARW commander, during a change of command ceremony July 19, 2016, at Fairchild Air Force Base. Samuelson assumed command of the 92nd ARW from Col. Brian McDaniel.
