The Fairchild Honor Guard presents the colors during the 92nd Operations Support Squadron change of command ceremony July 9, 2015, at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash. The Star-Spangled Banner is the national anthem of the United States and has served in this capacity since a congressional resolution on March 3, 1931.
