Explaining his priorities

Lt. Col. Matthew Coleman, 92nd Operations Support Squadron commander, explains his priorities and expectations during the 92nd OSS change of command ceremony July 9, 2015, at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash. Coleman enlisted in the Air Force in 1990 and received his commission in 1998 as a second lieutenant.
