Spokane Mayor David Condon, a U.S. Army veteran, address a crowd of more than 300 people during “Welcome Home” community tribute to all veterans Nov. 11, 2014, at Felts Field in Spokane Valley, Wash. The event, hosted by the Honor Point Military and Aerospace Museum, featured a variety of speakers and entertainment provided by the Mt. Spokane High School Marching Band and the Spokane Brass Works.
