Spokane Veterans Affairs Medical Center receives visit from Fairchild Leaders

Fairchild Air Force Base Active and Guard leadership visit the Spokane Veterans Affairs Medical Center to meet veterans and the medical staff in Spokane, Wash., Feb. 14, 2014. The Spokane VAMC is dedicated to providing quality health care services to veterans. In carrying out this mission, the VAMC focuses on providing primary and secondary care, with emphasis on preventive health and chronic disease management. Sharing agreements exist with the 92nd Medical Group at Fairchild AFB, Indian Health Services for Native Americans, and the Idaho and Washington State Departments of Veterans Affairs for the care of state home residents in Lewiston, Idaho, and Spokane.
