Team Fairchild runs supporting Sexual Assault Awareness

Dawn Altmaier hands out t-shirts to the first 300 runners to cross the finish line for the 1.5 mile Sexual Assault Awareness Month road race April 25, 2014, at Fairchild Air Force Base, Wash. Participants were given the option to run either 1.5 mile or 5k races. Nearly 500 Airmen, civilians and dependents came out in support of the event, that, as the wing leadership puts it, “builds respect and dignity across the wing and eradicates sexual assault in our unit.” Altmaier is the 92nd Air Refueling Wing community support coordinator.
