Survival School welcomes new commander

Col. Jonathan Duncan receives command of the 336th Training Group from Col. Vincent Becklund as Col. Becklund is the 58th Special Operations Wing commander and administrative home to the 336th TRG at Kirtland Air Force Base, N.M. Thomas, who retires after 24 years in August, served as the 336th TRG commander for more than two years earning dozens of accolades in his short tenure. Duncan comes to Fairchild from an assignment at Hurlburt Field, Fla., where he served as the Chief, Programs Division, Headquarters Air Force Special Operations. The 336th TRG is the sole manager of all U.S. Air Force Survival, Evasion, Resistance and Escape training.
