Col. Brian Newberry, his wife, Jill, and Chief Master Sgt. Wendy Hansen, present the Blue Star Spouse Award to Rev. Deb Teagan, spouse of Col. Shawn Teagan, at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington, July 1, 2014. Rev. Teagan went above and beyond supporting Airmen and their families in providing spiritual support thru chapel programs, volunteering countless hours for Officer Spouses Club events and being an incredible support for so many after the loss of Shell 77. Newberry is the 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander, Teagan is the 92nd Operations Group commander and Hansen is the 92nd ARW command chief.
