FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. – Representative Cathy McMorris-Rodgers presents Capt. Carl Close, 92nd Logistic Readiness Squadron officer, with her official coin in the 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander’s office Oct. 27. Both Col. Robert Thomas, 92nd ARW commander, and the congresswoman acknowledged the captain’s accomplishments while serving in southern Afghanistan April 2007 – April 2008.
