FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. – Daniel Simmons, 92nd Air Refueling Wing historian, and his wife, Wendi, go through the buffet line at the Officer’s Spouse’s Club Margaritaville Charity Auction Feb. 29. The money raised during the auction will go towards different scholarships that the OSC gives out each year.
