FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. – Phil Haugen, assistant general manager of Northern Quest Casino and Kalispel tribe member, and volunteers of Northern Quest Casino load morale baskets for distribution Dec. 16 at the casino. Northern Quest Casino, Kalispel Tribe and Operation Spokane Heroes come together annually to provide morale baskets to the children of deployed servicemembers. "I feel that we are considered a great community partner. We donate a lot to charity, we do a lot for the community, we buy a lot of our goods locally, and we are just a very giving tribe," said Mr. Haugen.
