Crew Chiefs at work

FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash- Crew chiefs from the 92nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron release the KC-135 stratotanker after towing it into a nearby hanger Jan. 15. While members of the 92nd ARW were on an exercise, maintainers left behind take the opportunity to focus on more of the minor issues of the planes. Crew chiefs are responsible for maintenance and uptake of aircraft regardless of weather. (U.S. Air Force photo / Airman 1st Class Darlene West)
