FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. – Maj. David Ellison, 92nd Services Squadron commander, and son, John, say hello to Rowdy the Rooster at the grand opening of the Family Oasis at the Deel Community Center April 29. The Family Oasis was envisioned by Lori Sharpy, wife Col.
