Wheelchair vets take huge hits in rugby event

SPOKANE, Wash. -- Tim Vixay, an Oregon City, Ore., native, poses in front of the score board after winning his first quad rugby game at the National Veterans Wheelchair Games held here July 15. Vixay is a 21-year-old Marine Corps veteran, which makes him the youngest player at the NVWG. Vixay plays for the Portland Pounders, a rugby team in his home state of Oregon.
