FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. –A youngster at the Base picnic fences with OTTO, the Spokane Indian’s official mascot, as well as the world’s only Spokaneasuarus, at Miller Park July 30. The picnic hosted a variety of events, including a bouncing castle, a rappelling wall, a shirt painting booth, the Air Mobility Command Icon competition, hot dogs, burgers and chicken, and many other booths and fun activities.
