FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. -- Staff Sgt. Delton Richardson, 92nd Communications Squadron deployed network administrator, demonstrates how to execute the rush and roll, a combat technique that is taught during the ECST course. ECST is a two-day course aimed toward preparing Airmen scheduled to deploy for a range of situations that may occur during their deployment.
