K9 Checkup

FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. – Army Spc. Robert Oakley, animal care specialist, gives Uran F421 a physical at the Veterinary Clinic here May 20 while Tech. Sgt. Brandon Tillman, 92nd Security Forces Squadron military working dog handler, holds his canine partner. During the regular temperature, pulse and respiration physical, Specialist Oakley checked Uran’s ears, eyes, responsiveness, pulse and breathing. Uran also has some allergy issues, said the specialist, so he spent some extra time checking the dog out for that. The prognosis: Uran is in good health, ready to get back to work.
