Scholarship for Military Children

FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. -- Mr. Eric Quantock hands over a plaque to Cameron Moyer, one of the winners of the “Scholarship for Military Children.” Cameron graduated this year from Almira Coulee Hartline High School and received a $1,500 scholarship as well as a gift bag and a $25 commissary gift certificate. The scholarship was awarded based on grades, extra curricular activities and an essay themed, “If you could change one event in history, what would it be and why?” (U.S. Air Force photo/ Tech. Sgt.
