Combat Rescue Officer training

FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. – Candidates of Air Combat Command’s Combat Rescue Officer selection program perform pool exercises Oct. 24 here during the water confidence portion of the program. Phase II of the CRO selection program is hosted by Air Mobility Command and the 336th Training Group, and is held twice a year. The most recent class, which ended Oct. 26, started with nineteen candidates. Eight of those candidates finished the intensive week and are now Combat Rescue Officers.
