Wing Resource Advisor of the Year

FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. -- Russ Foreman, 92nd Medical Group resource advisor, receives the 2007 92nd Air Refueling Wing Resource Advisor of the Year Award from Col.
