Leadership joins AFSA

FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. –Senior Master Sgt. John Balderaz , 92nd Logistics Readiness Squadron first sergeant and Air Force Sergeants Association Chapter 1462 president, presents Col. Thomas Sharpy, 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander, and Col. Roger Watkins, 92nd ARW vice commander, certificates of appreciation for becoming AFSA members. The AFSA is an enlisted organization that ensures entitlements enlisted personnel receive are maintained throughout their career and into retirement. “AFSA has long recognized that support from the highest level of wing leadership is imperative to build strong local chapters. Today’s membership signing clearly communicates our leadership’s commitment to our chapter and genuine concern for the issues that affect the quality of life of our enlisted Airmen,” said Sergeant Balderaz.
