Michael Means) The 92nd Air Refueling Wing Public Affairs office is responsible for coordinating civic leader travel aboard DOD aircraft. The purpose of civic leader travel is to further public understanding of Air Force missions, people, and weapons systems and to develop Air Force advocates who will carry the Air Force story to non-traditional as well as traditional audiences.
