What do you do on a daily basis at Fairchild AFB?
I manage the 22nd TRS training programs.

What do you enjoy about your job?
I enjoy working for and with my squadron and always having something to do. I also enjoy working to improve the career field through program improvements and aiding to develop personnel within the squadron.

Why did you choose to serve in the military?
I felt that the military was my calling.

Time in military:
Five years.

Goals you want to achieve or meet while at Fairchild AFB?
I want to make an impact big or small, progress/promote, complete CCAF and make a difference.

Hobbies:
Work, wood working, shooting and relaxing.

Your best habit:
I have a good work ethic.

Who is your favorite mentor and what did you learn from him/her?
Tech Sgt. Dunn, Tech Sgt. Liddick, Master Sgt. Kemmer, Senior Master Sgt. Filby, Chief Master Sgt. Nowlin and Lt. Col. Wells. I know that's a lot of names and not really the answer being looked for here, but they were/are the supervisors that I've had up to this point in my career and were the ones that took time to develop me. They've taught me how to take a situation and look at it in almost every way, and see the effects of decisions made or not made, good and bad. Also to be able to think about 1st, 2nd and 3rd order effects.

If you could spend one hour with any person, who would it be and why?
Honestly almost any person that would give me an hour of their time. Not because I don't know who I would like to meet, but because you can learn something from anyone if given an hour and you don't know if or when it will help in the future.
