I was tired of my civilian job, and my two best friends joined.

Who is your favorite mentor and what did you learn from him/her?
My favorite mentor is my direct supervisor, Staff Sgt. Logan Kendrick.  I've learned about everything from the military to finances from him.

What others are saying about this week's Fairchild Finest:
"Senior Airman Rehagen is the type of Airmen that we want in all aspects of the United States Air Force. He epitomizes the Air Force Core Values, customs and courtesies, and is always taking the initiative to get things done both at work and in his personal life. As he goes through the ranks, I know he will grow to be a great leader and mentor for others to follow," said Tech. Sgt. James Ash.
