Sep 18, 1950: Forty-two B-29s of the 92d and 98th Bombardment Groups (both groups were deployed from Fairchild AFB) dropped 1,600 bombs on enemy troop concentrations near Waegwan, allowing the Eighth Army to advance rapidly from the Pusan perimeter toward Seoul, Korea.

Sep 19, 1999: Over 600 personnel from the 92d ARW and 141st ARW participated in the Spokane ALLIED FORCE Victory Day parade, held to honor those who were involved in operations to halt the Serb offensive in Kosovo.
