Masters of the Art: 70 years of setting the foundation, still leading the charge
A brand new KC-135 Stratotanker, Tail number 55-3127, takes off from Larson Air Force Base, Washington, June 28, 1957, on its way to Castle AFB, Washington. This was the first KC-135 delivered to the legacy Strategic Air Command.
