What do you do on a daily basis at Fairchild AFB?
Fabricate dental prostheses.

What do you enjoy about your job?
Fabricating as many dental prostheses to reduce class 3 wait times and the impact it has on a member’s self-confidence. Also challenging myself to keep breaking my own record, for creating as many restorations in a month.

Why did you choose to serve in the military?
My father was Air Force.

Family?
Married to Tonya Painter with 2 kids, Allison 10yrs and Noah 8yrs.

How long have you been in the military?
16 years

What is your greatest accomplishment?
Molding my troops and making them as successful and hard working as possible.

What goals do you want to achieve or meet while at Fairchild AFB?
I want to make Master Sgt. so I can keep serving the best Air Force in the world and continue to mold junior Airmen.

What are your hobbies?
Playing softball, listening to music, investing and sharing investment ideas. I also enjoy playing sports with my kids.

What is your best habit?
Fairness.

What are your favorite movies?
Shawshank Redemption and Forrest Gump.

Who is your favorite mentor and what did you learn from them?
My first supervisor, SSgt Willis. He said, “You need to be a great follower before you become a great leader.”

If you could spend one hour with any person, who would it be and why?
My grandfather. To tell him thanks for all the sacrifices he made for my mother and I when I was a kid.
