Favorite Quote:
"The day Soldiers stop bringing you their problems is the day you have stopped leading them.  They have either lost confidence that you can help or concluded you do not care.  Either case is a failure of leadership." -Colin Powell

Who is your favorite mentor and what did you learn from him/her:
My mom. She has such a loving and giving spirit. She taught me to give without expecting in return.

If you could spend one hour with any person, who would it be and why:
My dad. He passed away while I was deployed.

"Tech. Sgt. Fraley is more invested in the personal and professional development of her Airmen than any NCO I have ever met. She is a true mentor and a great listener, always willing to give sound advice. Airmen of all ranks value her input and experience, which is evidenced by the fact that her office is never empty. She truly is one of Fairchild's Finest," said Master Sgt. Paula Barkhauer, the 92nd Medical Support Squadron superintendent, when asked why she chose Fraley as a Fairchild's Finest recipient.
