FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. -- Spokane's Lilac Festival FAB 14 assisted the Officer's Spouses Club with Operation Cookie Drop Dec. 8 at Fairchild Air Force Base, Washington.

Operation Cookie Drop is an annual event where they drop distribute bags of cookies to the Airmen living in the dormitories here.
