FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. -- Col. Brian McDaniel, 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander, signed the Military Saves Week proclamation here Jan. 22, announcing Military Saves Week from Feb. 23 to 28.

The Airman and Family Readiness Center will offer classes to include Information on financial planning, buying a new car, buying or refinancing a home, getting your credit report, Thrift Savings Plan and investing, couponing and healthy budgeting.

In addition to classes, there will be a panel and town hall meeting with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, featuring guest speaker Holly Petraeus Feb. 24, at the Red Morgan Community Center at 10:30 a.m.
