  • 92nd Air Refueling Wing Judge Advocate General
During the month of April, two Fairchild Airmen were involuntarily separated for misconduct. Commanders used the following as a means of punishment, rehabilitation, and maintaining good order and discipline:

INVOLUNTARY SEPARATION ACTIONS

92nd Force Support Squadron

An airman basic was separated for a number of minor disciplinary infractions. Over the time period from August 2014 to present, this airman received one letter of counseling, one letter of reprimand and nonjudicial punishment for failing to refrain from consuming alcohol while under the legal age of 21, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ, and for altering a military identification card, in violation of Article 134, UCMJ. Due to the member's misconduct, the 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander directed this member's separation with a General Discharge. Moreover, as a result of this discharge characterization, all G.I. Bill benefits were forfeited.

66th Training Squadron

One airman first class was separated for failure to progress in military training required to be qualified for service with the Air Force for performance of primary duties. Due to the member's self-elimination/drop-on-request from training, the member was discharged with an Honorable Discharge without the opportunity for probation and rehabilitation.
