During the month of August 2015, a Fairchild Airman received nonjudicial punishment under Article 15, Uniform Code of Military Justice. Another Airman was involuntary separated for misconduct. Commanders used the following as a means of punishment, rehabilitation, and maintaining good order and discipline:

Nonjudicial Punishment (Article 15)

An Airman first class from the 92nd Maintenance Squadron received an Article 15 for drinking and driving, a violation of Article 111, UCMJ. The member physically controlled a vehicle with an alcohol concentration, of 0.178. The member failed to drink responsibliy and put himself and others in harms way. Punishment consisted of a reduction to the rank of Airman and a reprimand.

Involuntary Seperation Actions

An Airman from the 92nd Force Support Squadron was separated for a series of minor disciplinary infractions. Since July 2014, the member received two letters of counseling, five letters of reprimand and nonjudicial punishment for failures to go, violations of Article 86, UCMJ. Due to the member's misconduct, the 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander directed this member's separation with a General Discharge. As a result of this discharged characterization, all G.I. Bill benefits were forfeited.
