FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. -- The Fairchild Retiree Activities Office put on a series of events celebrating Retiree Appreciation Day here Oct. 2 at the Red Morgan Center.

For one of the events, members of Team Fairchild, retirees and outside vendors participated in a health and wellness fair showcasing different resources the base and surrounding community has for their military retirees.

Other activities included opening remarks from the installation commander, and a question and answer session. Refreshments were provided for those who attended.
