FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. -- Children, ages six to eight take off in a flash to start gathering Easter eggs that were spread across the field next to the tennis courts here April 1. The Easter egg hunt was just one of the activities scheduled for the children, the others included games, face painting, raffle drawings for prizes and a fire truck inflatable bounce toy from the base fire department. The children move just as fast as their legs will take them from egg to egg to try and fill up their Easter egg baskets.
