FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. -- Tech. Sgt. Pedro Lozano, 92nd Operation Support Squadron combat crew communications, attempts to open a padlock without knowing the combination to continue on with his partner at Clear Lake in hope of winning Fairchild’s Great Race June 1. Paddling for the win
