In the commander's shoes
FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. – Col. Thomas Sharpy, 92nd Air Refueling Wing commander, mentors Airman 1st Class David Hall, 92nd Medical Operation Squadron medical technician, on Jan. 14 as part of the Commander’s Shadow Program. This program gives exceptional Airmen better insight on what a base commander’s job encompasses. “I’m very fortunate to be exposed to this experience,” said Airman Hall. “It is a great opportunity for an Airman First Class to see what a Colonel does on a daily basis”.
