Fairchild Air Force Base Youth Supervision Policy Published Sept. 7, 2012 92nd Medical Group Family Advocacy FAIRCHILD AIR FORCE BASE, Wash. -- The installation's Youth Supervision guidelines cover the acceptable situations that an on-base child may be left under limited or no adult supervision. The policy also addresses other situation such as walking to school alone, babysitting, or staying at home without a parent or sitter. All situations are based on the age and development of the child, but parents are encouraged to use their judgment if their child is not ready to assume the age appropriate responsibilities.
